I
offer email and phone consultations. I do not recommend one over the other as both have been very successful. Both require
some upfront information from you and an open mind. Your animal will already have an open mind. It is not necessary for your
animal to be in my presence for us to communicate. But it is necessary for you to be supportive of them as they want to please
you.
Both email and phone consultations consist of the same three parts.
1. I need to gather information from you. Your animal’s species, age, breed, a
picture if possible and a list of what you want to know.
2. My
communication with your animal. This is NOT done on the phone, but rather requires contemplative time to connect with your
animal and discuss your questions and their concerns. I will provide you with a written copy of my conversation
with your animal.
3.
Whether email or phone, I will relay to you what your animal
said and any questions or concerns that they have. If follow-up is needed it can be arranged at this time.

"I was going away for a week's vacation and leaving my two kitties home, with
just friends dropping in daily to pet and feed them. I always hate leaving my cats for that length of time, and occasionally
they expressed their displeasure with my absence by making "deposits" in my potted plants as a little "welcome
home gift" for me. I asked Joni if she could please tell Rex and Morgan that I would be gone but was coming back, and
they didn't have to be worried or confused by my absence. I felt very relieved that they might have an understanding that
I would be back soon. I think they felt a little better about it, as there were no "gifts" for me in my potted plants
when I returned. I still think they were miffed at me for leaving (they still ignored me for the first hour), but it went
better overall. And, my mind was put at ease knowing that Joni was able to help. "
